By booking an inflatable rental with FunSplashRentals.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1️⃣ Rental Agreement & Payments

  • A deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before or upon delivery.

  • Cancellations must be made at least [3 days] in advance for a full refund.

2️⃣ Delivery & Setup

  • We provide on-time delivery and professional setup at your chosen location.
  • The rental area must be clean, clear of debris, and easily accessible before our team arrives.
  • Inflatables must be staked or secured to ensure safety. Please do not move the unit after setup.

3️⃣ Safety Rules & Responsibilities

  • The renter assumes full responsibility for the equipment while in use.
  • Adult supervision is required at all times.
  • No shoes, sharp objects, food, drinks, or pets inside the inflatable.
  • Participants must follow safety guidelines to avoid injury.

4️⃣ Weather Policy

  • If bad weather (e.g., rain, strong winds) occurs before setup, we offer free rescheduling.
  • If rain begins after setup, no refunds will be issued. Please unplug the unit during storms.

5️⃣ Damage & Cleaning Fees

  • Renters are responsible for any damages, excessive dirt, or misuse of the equipment.
  • A cleaning fee may apply if the inflatable is returned excessively dirty.

6️⃣ Liability Waiver

  • FunSplashRentals.com is not liable for injuries or accidents that occur while using the equipment.
  • By renting from us, you assume all risks and agree to comply with safety guidelines.
